The Office and Party Building Committee meets the third Monday of each month at 3:30pm. at the Winona County DFL office

Mission

It is our mission to create a strong/active presence in Winona County by building lasting relationships through education, action and visibility. Our committee sponsors 3rd Thursday information sessions, supports candidates, and provides a warm and welcoming permanent office (the first permanent county DFL office in Minnesota).
